If any defective bottle, how do you deal with?
We have a 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.Warn Tips: Any man-made damage we cannot change, refund, or make up.
How long is the delivery time?
Generally, it is 5-15 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 15-45 days if the goods are not in stock. It is according to quantity.
What surface handing you can support for glass bottles and jars?
We can provide silk screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, electroplated, label printing, etc.
Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We design and construct each project to the individual customers' needs.
Can I have my unique design (size, volume, pattern, etc)?
Yes, customers' designs such as size, volume, pattern, etc are welcomed.
How about the quality of your glass packaging containers?
Our material is of high quality, Das Packing has strict quality control standards. We will have special quality inspectors to check the bottles before delivery.
Will the details of my project remain in confidential?
Yes, we work with all our clients in the strictest of confidentiality as a matter of course. we are willing to do so. This tends to be a prerequisite for some of the larger firms that work with us.

Sample free or need to pay?
If you don’t need to customize size/shape of glass bottles and jars, print a custom logo or other artwork on the products, it will not charge any cost, just needs to charge Express fee properly.
